Brad Rose’s musical endeavors fall into a few categories – for example, there’s the roaring death howls of Ajilvsga; the poppy shimmer of Altar Eagle; and of course the brain rattling madness of The North Sea. His Charlatan project, however, has been home to his more spacey, sci-fi electronic grooves. Therefore, it comes as no surprise that Overland Shark is the label offering his newest (and greatest) release under the Charlatan monicker. Voyager features eight pieces of total sonic beauty, soundtracking the discovery of of space colonies in the outer reaches of the universe. Honestly, it’s just a breathtaking, body-numbing set. Hugest of recommendations.
